Die EBZ nano power ist Anbieter mit Fokus auf LTO-Batteriesysteme, welche sich durch hohe Sicherheit, hohen Ladeleistungen und hohe Lebensdauer auszeichnen. Seit 2014 wurden mehr als 350 Batteriesysteme in unterschiedlichsten Anwendungen und Ländern in Betrieb genommen.
EBZ Gruppe übernimmt 49,5 % der Unternehmensanteile der nano power
Die EBZ Gruppe, Automobilzulieferer im Bereich Anlagen- und Werkzeugbau, hat zum 31.03.2022 49,5% der Unternehmensanteile der nano power a.s. mit Sitz in Prag/Tschechien übernommen. Die restlichen 50,5% der Anteile verbleiben weiterhin im Besitz des Firmengründers und CEO Frantisek Stastny, der das Unternehmen 2014 gegründet und aufgebaut hat.

Beyonder AS, a leading Norwegian supplier of advanced battery technology, has announced an offtake agreement for 76 MWh of its BePowered products through a commercial partnership with EBZ nano power, a company within the EBZ Group.

The EBZ Group, an automotive supplier in the area of plant engineering and tool making, has as of 3/31/2022 acquired a share of 49.5% in nano power a.s., an enterprise in Prague/Czech Republic. The remaining 50.5% of the shares remain in the possession of company founder and CEO Frantisek Stastny who established the company in 2014 and built it up.
